Hey! I got a camera this weekend!!! <3 That means I can finally take some pictures of all the cosplay I have yet to upload... like Naoto and Kanji, adult Akihiko, teenage Shinjiro, Yukiko and all my Black Jack costumes.

It's pretty basic actually, because I'm too cheap to save up an extra $200 for a really good Nikon. Just 10 Megapixels with 10x Optical zoom... and that's *it*. xD No filters, no .raw, no nothing. Just the basic functions xD (it has several settings for photography, like Soft Focus and Snow portrait and what not, but other than that... nothing)

Well for the camera and case it ended up being $330 in total, which is pretty cheap. Iiit's a pretty cheap camera, actually... sure, the megapixels are okay, but it has a CCD of 1/2 inch. I wish they had said that on the box, but no. I found this out when I was looking at the very end of the manual.... it was written in like, 1 font size under everything else. Which means all my photos are going to look like shit. CCD's pretty much determine your quality. But hey, I needed a camera. And it's not like I can't delete the noise in photoshop. I'll step it up later when I get better.

DEADLINE FAIL - PART THE SECOND.

I really really REALLY do have most of these damn pages done. xD I swear, it's just little details that are driving me crazy, like Dr. George's fingers being messed up in one panel and Yuri occasionally looking like she has down's syndrome. Okay, maybe that isn't just a *little* detail, considering she's like, the main character of it.

I will try to post 4 pages tomorrow, I promise ;_; I know this shit is like 3 weeks late. Gaaaah.

I also find myself going to do it, and then getting ridiculously depressed for one reason or another. I'm drawing a scene where Kiriko's mom dies, right? Don't know why, but it's too hard for me. I get too sad and I have to stop. Maybe I keep flashing back to when Jesse's mom died. (Syndemic is pretty much a secret mini-tribute to him, since it's about a brother/sister relationship.)

BUT IT *IS* getting done!

I was also playing Fallout 3 this weekend, which put me behind. And... SOMEONE/I DELETED MY KIRIKO FILE! Goddamn it. Oh well, I like playing as a woman better, anyway. xD I love that game so much. Though it made me laugh, because I forgot I named myself "Phyllis." Haha.

I'm officially cosplaying the female protagonist in the Vault 101 Armoured suit. SOMEDAY. I LOVE it so much! 8DDD I don't ever change out of it in the game, even when dying, simply because it's such a cool costume. Maybe this is why I die all the time.

Also, I do a lot of stupid things in that game. xD I took a lot of time and saved up 120 caps (dollars) simply so I could "hire" the town bicycle (if you know what I mean)... even though my health was already full and sleeping in a bed would have been pointless. JUST TO SAY I DID IT. This better not bite me in the ass later.

I always end up getting killed in the stupidest ways *EVER*. Like going up to a door, not realizing it's locked, and getting shot down by an army of peacekeepers who think I'm trying to break into the building (WHAT THE HELL, Happened like, three times.). Or walking *directly* into a minefield when I've KNOWN IT'S BEEN THERE THE ENTIRE GAME. Then you get the pleasure of watching all your limbs go flying off as you die in slow-motion.

Eventually I decided if I played any more, I was going to be permanently traumatized, so I turned on Eternal Sonata and played that for the rest of the night. xD
